Question: how do I purchase what I like?

If you see a picture you like, just click the image. That will take you to another page with more pictures of that piece, pricing, and a detailed description. There will be an "Add to cart" button on that page at the top. Keep in mind that most pieces are one of a kind.

Question:  Will you do custom work?

Yes! Contact me at MorganArtistry@gmail.com and let me know what it is that you are looking to have done.  Working together, we will come up with what you consider the perfect piece or set of jewelry that you are looking for.  Payment for a custom orders is collected up front because most of the items used for your custom order will need to be purchased specifically for your design. Don't worry, it is not necessarily any more expensive to have something custom done. All prices are based on the stones, beads, or components used for you.

Question:  What if I like something you already sold?

Email me with the specifics of the design you saw and I can try to design something similar, however, note that with beads (especially gemstones), no two are exactly the same. 99% of my designs are one-of-a-kind, but if possible, I can gladly change a sold piece up a bit for you.

Question: Do you sell your jewelry in any boutiques?

I sure do! All over southern California.  If you own or manage a boutique, salon, or shop and would be interested in arranging a meeting please feel free to contact me. We can do a consignment or wholesale agreement. If you are out of state (CA), then I only do wholesale agreements.

Question:  How do I care for my beaded jewelry?

Well, like any jewelry, you must treat handmade beaded jewelry kindly. I suggest you don't get it wet (shower, swimming, etc).  Also, if you have children, try to avoid tugging and pulling at your necklaces/bracelets, etc. And if not being worn, keep the piece safe along with your other jewelry collection (away from harmful elements).

Question:  if I purchase something from you, but it wasn't exactly the right color or style I was looking for, Can I return?

Of course you can! I want you to be happy with your purchase so that you can tell all your friends and family about your piece and my website! Simply contact me within 14 days and ship back to me. Item must be in new condition upon receipt (unused). You can either exchange for a different item or receive a full refund (minus shipping costs

Question: What materials do you use in your designs?

It depends on my mood. I really enjoy using gemstones, semi-precious stones and handmade glass (lamp work) beads. But I also use stone chips, wood, and shells. 90% of my spacer beads are sterling silver (best quality) and all crystals used are Swarovski crystals (again... best quality). I use wonderful toggle or claw clasps that are also sterling silver unless otherwise stated.  I also use Bali beads a lot to accent the designs. So basically I find the most beautiful and best quality beads to use in all of my designs.

Question: What payment methods do you accept?

Currently I take Paypal (www.paypal.com) and I can also send you an email invoice through my merchant account if you do not wish to open or use your Paypal account.

Question:  How quickly do you ship items out?

All items will be shipped out within 3 business days of the date of purchase. If you purchase an item and a day or 2 later purchase another one, please email me ASAP so I can combine the package for you and refund your second shipping. I can only do that for you if you let me know right away (and if I haven’t already sent it out).

Question:  Who built your website?

I built the entire site from start to finish.  I really enjoy having complete control over every aspect in my business including the website.  I take each and every picture of my pieces and my models as well.
